Introduction to Art
Objective: Students will demonstrate evaluation by criticizing
peer compositions by group discussions and peer critique papers.
Materials Needed: Agenda:~Pencil 1. Bell Work
~Critique paper 2. Vote Class Best
~Charcoal 3. Critique
~Scrap paper 4. Texture rubbings
Today we will vote class best for the value animal project and then we will
critique a peer's composition. Once we are finished we are going to go
outside for about ten minutes and collect 8 textures by placing the charcoal
over the texture and use the charcoal to rub on the paper against the surface
of the texture.
