Introduction to Art

Objective: Students will demonstrate analysis by comparing

and contrasting two fairy tale stories.

Today we continue reading our fairy tale stories. We have finished with Into
the Woods and we will begin the original stories of Cinderella, Jack and the
Beanstalk, Red Riding Hood and Rapunzel. We will compare and contrast the
original from Into the Woods. once we have decided the similarities and
differences, we will take the original stories and change the plot and/or characters
in our groups.

Art 3/4 & 5/6 

Objective: Students will demonstrate knowledge by identifying 

answers in the reading material provided.

~Sketchbook                                  2. Turn in Sketchbook
~Art Talk Book                                  with  bookwork from
                                                            yesterday.
                                                       3. Read Lesson 2 and 3
                                                       4. Check your understanding.

Students will learn about rhythm by reading in the Art Talk Books.
Once finished reading lessons two and three, students will answer the questions
in the Check You Understanding section at the end of each lesson.
