Today we will be creating a value Finder using a black colored pencil and
white paper. With this value finder, we will be able to hold it up to our
artwork (or subject if using still life) and be able to ensure we are using a
full range of values. Once we finish our Value Finders, we will practice
achromatic value by drawing an apple.
