Balance: Beginning Final Draft

Introduction to Art

Objective: Students will demonstrate synthesis by 

composing a final illustration of balance with 40% 

completion by the end of class.

~Chalk Pastels                               3. Finish Rough Draft
                                                       4. Begin Final Draft

Today we will continue our Informal Balance project by finishing
rough drafts and beginning final drafts. You must use some type of
Informal balance. (color, texture, value, position, size and contour)

We will be using chalk pastels.
These mediums are very MESSY so clean up after yourself if you
want to keep your art materials privileges! :)

Art 3/4 & 5/6 

Objective: Students will demonstrate synthesis by composing

an illustration of foreshortening with 20% completion by the 

end of class.

Today we are continuing our foreshortening projects. Students must be 20%
completed by the end of class.
