Shape:Cubism

Introduction to Art

Objective: Students will demonstrate synthesis by

composing a sketch of their partner.

Today, we compose a sketch of our partners influenced by pablo picasso. We will look at our partners from the side and sketch out their face. Then, we add an eye to give it the pablo look.
FINAL PROJECT IS DUE TODAY!

Art 3/4 & 5/6

Objective: Students will demonstrate synthesis by

continuing their cubism sculpture with 80% accuracy.

Today, we continue our project with Cubism. This sculpture can
be anything school appropriate, three dimensional and must stand on
its own. Students should have finished their ten thumbnails and large
rough draft drawing before receiving cardboard. You are responsible
for keeping a clean work space and keeping your materials as good
as, or better, then what you received them as. If you want to bring in
extra cardboard of your own, you may.
