Shape: Cubism Art Project

Introduction to Art

Objective: All students, by the end of class, should 

have 10 thumbnails (ideas) for Cubism Project.

Today, we begin a new project with Cubism. At this point, you
should have mastered the basic techniques of cubism art. For this
project, students will create a scene that is related to music, sports,
or famous person. Ideas must be school appropriate and approved
by me. We will be using colored pencil for this project.

What you will be graded on:

-Completeness/neatness  50Pts
-Critique                          10pts
-10 Thumbnails               10pts
-1 large rough sketch       10pts

Art 3/4 & 5/6

project, students will create a self portrait. Ideas must be school
appropriate and approved by me. We will be using colored media
of choice (colored pencil, water color, oil pastels, chalk pastels, or
acrylic) for this project. Whatever you choose, you are responsible
for keeping a clean workspace and keeping your materials as good
as, or better, then what you received them as.

What you will be graded on:
